Terms and Conditions for 1:1 Coaching Packages

1. Coaching Package Details:

  • 12-Week Package:
    You are purchasing a 12-week coaching package (12 sessions) that will be redeemable within the next 6 months

2. Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

3. Refund Policy:

  • No Refunds will be provided once the package is purchased.
    By purchasing the coaching package or sessions, you are committing to the coaching process within the specified timeline.

4. Scheduling and Availability:

  • Scheduling Your Sessions:
    Once your package is purchased, we will work together to schedule your sessions. 
  • Rescheduling Sessions:
    If you need to reschedule a session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
  • No Show Policy:
    If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited.

5. Expiration of Sessions:

  • All sessions must be redeemed within 6 months.
    Any sessions that are not used within this period will be forfeited and cannot be carried over or refunded.

6. Coaching Sessions Details:

  • This offer is for coaching only, and does not include done-for-you services. Coaching includes discussions, accountability, goal setting, and strategy, but the work of implementing your action plan is your responsibility.

7. Transferability:

  • This offer is non-transferable and cannot be used for any other programs or services outside the stated terms.

8. Additional Terms:

  • Right to Refuse Service:
    I reserve the right to refuse service or end the coaching relationship if I feel the client is not actively engaging, not following the process, or violating the terms of the agreement.
  • Confidentiality:
    All coaching sessions are confidential. Any information shared in the coaching process will remain private unless explicit consent is given.
